Description

That burning feeling after a spicy dinner has an old Ayurvedic answer: Avipattikar, a churna made for an overheated stomach. Ours follows the classical recipe, with Nishoth root leading at 33.34g in every 100g, supported by dry ginger, pippali, black pepper, amla, harad, baheda, nagarmotha, vaividang, cardamom, clove and vid lavan, balanced with sugar crystal. Stir half to one teaspoon into warm water after dinner. It helps with acidity from gastritis, indigestion, loss of appetite and stomach pain, so evenings feel lighter and mornings calmer.
